Last updated October 11, 2026. This page explains what we collect when you use the rental check form on this site, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- What you type into the form: your name, phone and/or email, neighbourhood or address, the service you need, and any optional unit details or notes.
- Whether you ticked the box agreeing to follow-up messages.
- The date and time of your request. To prevent spam, your IP address is used briefly for rate limiting and isn't stored with your request.
Why we collect it
We use it only to reply to your request, prepare a written plan and price, and do the work if you hire us. If you ticked the follow-up box, we may also send you occasional follow-up messages, and you can opt out at any time. We don't sell or share your details for marketing.
How long we keep it
Requests are deleted automatically 24 months after you send them. If you become a client, we keep records like agreements and invoices for as long as tax law requires.
Who processes it
- Cloudflare hosts this website, stores form requests and delivers the notification email to us.
- Microsoft (Outlook/Hotmail) handles our email inboxes.
- Your phone carrier, if you text or call us.
Some of these providers may store data outside Canada.
Your choices
